By creating a Kollabs account or using the Kollabs service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use Kollabs.
These terms apply to all users of Kollabs, including free plan users and paid subscribers.
Kollabs is a web-based tool that helps Instagram creators manage brand collaborations, track payments, and generate performance reports.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible. We are not liable for any modification or discontinuation of the service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Kollabs. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
One person may not maintain more than one free account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits is prohibited.
You agree not to use Kollabs to:
— Violate any applicable law or regulation.
— Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
— Upload or store false or misleading information (such as fake deal amounts or fabricated brand names intended to deceive).
— Attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt the service or its servers.
— Use any automated tool to scrape, crawl, or access data from Kollabs without our express written permission.
— Resell, sublicense, or distribute the service to third parties without our permission.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.
All deal data, notes, and reports you create in Kollabs ("Your Content") remain yours. We do not claim ownership over Your Content.
By using Kollabs, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring Your Content does not violate any laws or third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove Content that we believe violates these terms.
Free plan: Available indefinitely. No credit card required.
Pro and Agency plans: Billed monthly or annually. Subscription renews automatically until cancelled.
Cancellation: You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to Pro features until then.
Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time paid subscriptions. After 7 days, no refunds are provided for unused time except where required by law.
Price changes: We will give at least 30 days' notice before increasing prices for existing subscribers.
Kollabs, its logo, design, and all original content on the platform are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any Kollabs content without our express written permission.
Kollabs is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data will be completely secure.
Kollabs is a tool to help you organise your business. We are not responsible for missed deadlines, failed payments, or any business losses arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Kollabs is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Kollabs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Kollabs after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
